Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) participated in the 2nd International Conference on Management, Training & Human Development with the theme “Planning and Development Is the Language of the Future”. The conference was held in Melia Hotel, Kuala Lumpur from 12-13 December 2015. MEDIU was represented by Asst. Prof.Dr. Yasser Mohamed Tarshany, Deputy Dean Faculty of Islamic Sciences cum Lecturer from Department of Jurisprudence.
The conference covering nearly 88 session is among the very few conferences which concerns with addressing the problems of training programs, discussing ways and means of developing its trends and rules, and contributing to the elaboration of its international values. The main objective of the conference is to provide the necessary knowledge and sharing of experiences and best practices between participants in order to ensure they are in a good position to face the challenges, keep up with the latest achievement in the field of the management of training programs, and discussing training programs in the framework of the developing technological movement.
The conference was organized by the Conferences and Seminars Unit of the Scientific Institute of Advanced Training and Studies (SIATS) with the event organizers namely Management & Science University (MSU), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) Filspay Academy, Bartin University, Turkey and Injaz Development, Oman in order to create a platform for practitioners and academicians to share information, knowledge, experiences, and latest achievements in training and human development.
