3rd Convocation Ceremony 2019

Important Information.

Attendance

  1. Your attendance only considered as CONFIRM after settlement of the Convocation fees.
  2. Your name will appear in the convocation book based on the graduation year. Even if the student absent the Convocation ceremony, your name will remain in the Convocation Book.
  3. Any graduates (2012 – 2016 graduation) who missed to attend the previous Convocation ceremony are invited to joint 2019 ceremony. ( but your name will only appear in respective year convocation book.)

Convocation Fees.

  1. The management Committee have decided the Convocation Fees for 2019 ceremony is only. (USD118.00 subject to exchange rate).
  2. The fees covering :-
  3. Convocation Ceremony
  4. Invitation and entry pass for 3 seats (graduate + parents) to the convocation ceremony.
  5. Robe and Hood Rental
  6. Colored printed Photo 11R + 8R and 1 CD
  7. Convocation Book
  8. Invitation and entry pass for 3 seats for luncheon (graduate + parents).
  9. 1 Invitation and Entry pass to the 1st Alumni Dinner ( Complimentary for the graduate alone )
  10. All settlement of convocation fees are payable into graduate’s individual virtual account.
  11. The FINAL date to pay the Convocation fees in on 15.10.2019.
  12. If the graduate cancel your reservation after 15.10.2019 your convocation fees is NOT refundable. (As per venue booking term and condition).
  13. Please email to the convocation committee your slip of payment as a proof of settlement.
  14. The convocation fees are NOT transferable to any other graduate upon cancellation.
  15. Please obtain official acknowledgement receipt upon settlement of the convocation fees.

Robe (Convocation gown) & Hood Rental

  1. Please print out the official receipt of convocation fees and produce to the counter when you come to collect your Robe.
  2. Kindly obtain the Convo Log Card before collect your Robe.
  3. The graduate is responsible to take a good care of the Robe and Hood.
  4. Any damage or loss of Robe is subject to Penalty charges of RM350 as per rental agreement with the provider.
  5. Please return the Robe and Hood to the Robe counter immediately after the convocation ceremony on 14.11.2019 ( latest by 4.00 pm)
  6. Late return is subject to penalty charges of RM50.00 per day as per rental agreement with the provider.
  7. Please stamp your Convo log Card upon returning the Robe and Hood as a proof and in respective counter eg. Finance/Tracer/Robe/Hood/Photo/Transcript
  8. The university reserve the right to change any term and condition with an advance notice.

 

Official Convocation Photo

  1. Official Convocation Photo with University name and Logo will be provided to all graduate as follows :-
  2. Colored printed Photo 11R x 1 piece
  3. 8R Colored photo x 1 piece
  4. 1 CD
  5. The official photo will be taken only on stage moment.
  6. The photo cost already included in convocation Fees.
  7. Any photo taken in open photo booth outside the Hall during the ceremony is an option at your own cost.
