Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) recently held a Teambuilding and Leadership Program on 7-8 February 2018 at Surau Al-Faizin in Rawang, Selangor. The program was led by Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Emeritus Dr. Ismawi Zen along with the Deputy CEO’s namely Prof. Ab Rahim Ismail (academic Affairs), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wan Mat Bin Sulaiman (Student Affairs and Alumni) and Prof. Dr. Hj. Wan Sulaiman Bin Wan Yusoff (Research and Innovation) with the participation academic faculty deans, centre directors and senior management officers with the objectives as follows:

• Supporting a workgroup to operate in a team-oriented environment.
• Create awareness for teamwork.
• Establish a positive team culture, the beliefs, values and norms of behavior.
• Keep the team aligned to the university’s purpose and goals.
• Develop a good working relationship between all members.
