MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 26th EMC meeting on Wednesday, 12June 2013. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.
The EMC has agreed and approved on the matters as follows:
– To assign the Administrative Affairs Division, Legal Advisor and Finance Manager to review the policy and procedures for the fixed assets and inventory records as well as the procedures on the release of any staff or parties and on the guidelines for other Division to adhere and the report to be forwarded to EMC for review.
– To approve the offer submitted by ZNZ Management & Services SDN. BHD for the ‘network cable tasks’ in MEDIU’s new building at U1 Shah Alam.
