Blessing to Allah SWT who Graciously accommodates a successful bilateral signing the Memorandum of Understanding between Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU), and the Faculty of Shari’a and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University, on 17th November 2009, 30 Dzul Qi’dah 1430 at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) HQ in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
This MoU was signed by His Excellency Prof. Dr Mohammad bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi, Rector of Al-Madinah International University MEDIU, and by His Eminence Prof. Dr. Mubarak bin Saif Al Haajri the Dean of Sharia and Islamic Studies Faculty, at Kuwait University in Kuwait, in the presence of Deputy Rectors, and Heads of Departments.
The MOU was signed during a goodwill visit by The Honourable Dean of the Faculty of Shari’a and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University Prof. Dr. Mubarak Saif Al Haajri to the headquarters of MEDIU in Shah Alam, Malaysia, in which he was briefed on the most prominent academic and technological achievements of the University.
It has been noted that the signing of the MoU was the result of tremendous efforts initiated by Deputy Rector, International Relations, Dr. Ahmad Al-Shiha in realising this MoU, as well as the fruitful visit made by His Excellency the Rector of MEDIU to the Faculty of Shari’a and Islamic Studies at Kuwait University on 26th June 2009.

At the end of the visit, His Eminence the Dean of the Faculty of Shari’a and Islamic Studies had a tour around to academic and administrative departments of MEDIU. All University’s officials have showed their hospitality and kindness at their farewell to the Eminence Prof. Dr. Mubarak.
