MoU Session with International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh

The university has step forward in extending bridges of cooperation and moving ahead towards achieving its objective and vision, as well to be in connection with international university by signing a memorandum with International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh on Thursday, 31 December 2015.

The session was signed between MEDIU’s CEO, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi and Vice Chairman of Islamic University Chittagong Trust, Dr.Kazi Deen Mohammad. The MoU between the two universities collaborate efforts to establish and develop academic exchange and co-operation in teaching, training, research and development in the activities among others to promote exchange of online learning technologies, to exchange of information and materials of mutual interest, to promote and facilitate the exchange of research, teaching staff as well as students and others.

International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), Bangladesh (http://www.iiuc.ac.bd/) was founded in 1995 by Islamic University Chittagong Trust (IUCT), a non-profit organization with a mission of developing this university as an ideal institution of higher learning and research in the private sector of Bangladesh. In 2000, the university was upgraded to International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC) with the vision to combine quality education with morality so that the graduates of this university grow up with skill-based modern knowledge and strong morality for humanness. IIUC has already established itself as a forerunner of addressing the challenges of globalization by providing appropriate knowledge imbued with morality in order to bring peace, progress and tranquillity in human societies across the globe.
