Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) received a delegation from the University of Khartoum, Sudan on Wednesday, 26 May 2010 at noon. The delegation was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable Rector Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi in Rector’s Office.
The delegation included Dr.Abdullahi Yusof (The Head of Islamic Culture, University of Khartoum), Dr.Abdullnasir Osman (President of the Sudanese community in Malaysia) and Dr.Mohamed Elsheikh Zamrawi (Vice President of the Sudanese community).
The visit’s programme was comprised of a review of Al-Madinah International University, its teaching methods, and administrative procedures presented by Sirag Elnour, MEDIU’s Chief Technology Officer. The delegation also toured MEDIU’s departments including the Technological and Academic Division of the University.
The visiting delegation expressed its overwhelming happiness towards the administrative and technical integration that MEDIU has reached and praised the University’s efforts to serve the Muslims all over the world. At the end of the visit, the honoured delegation received token of gratitude and appreciation that was presented by the Honorable MEDIU’s Rector.
