Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) hosted an honoured guest, Mr. Iqbal Saeed Mohammed; Cultural Consultant for the Embassy of the Republic of Yemen on Wednesday, 23 March 2011. The honoured guest was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable Rector; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi and Mr. Mubarak Mohammed; Dean of Admission and Registration.
A detailed explanation and procedures of the e-learning process was presented to the honored guest and this was later followed by an office tour around MEDIU’s academic and administrative facilities. MEDIU’s Deputy Rector of Academic Affairs;Prof. Dr. Kamal Tawfiq Mohd Hattab met with the guest and expressed his gratitude for the visit and stress on the role of MEDIU in Muslim community service and human resources development both scientifically and culturally.
At the end of the visit, the honoured guest expressed his admiration toward the university by stating in the guest book “I was very happy with the my visit to MEDIU which is considered a beneficial investment to Islamic nation youth, in addition to providing further cooperation between the Islamic nations that has to contribute and cope with continues progress.”
