MEDIU’s Rector Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi visited Zakat House Headquarters in Kuwait on Thursday, 29 March 2012 and was welcomed by the General Director. The objective of this visit is to provide an opportunity for the University to provide an official channel of communication with leaders in support of the University.
During the meeting a brief was given about the university, its programs and teaching methods. Mutual cooperation between the two parties was also being discussed. The meeting was attended by Asst. Prof Dr. Ahmad A. Al-Shiha; Deputy Rector of International Relations, Mr. Bahrudin Bin. A Rahman; Al-Madinah International Foundation(MIF) General Manager and the Imam of the Blue Mosque in Shah Alam, Malaysia, Sheikh Abdul Karim Alfattani.
