Dear All Students;
Please be informed that the management of Al-Madinah International University would take immediate action to implement the following procedure. Please adhere to the rules and regulation.
Usage of Eccess Card to enter level 11th.
- a) All entry must be recorded in log book at reception counter.
- b) Student must sign in the register book upon taking and returning the card.
- c) Student must leave their student ID card at the counter in replace to obtain the access card.
- d) Student without access card ARE NOT ALLOWED to enter level 11.
- e) Student must wear (display) the card all the time while dealing in level 11.
- f) Any staff may have the right to ask any student who enter the office without the access card or not displaying the card to be out or leave the office immediately.
- g) Every student will be given maximum period of 1 hour only to use the access card due to a very limited number of card provided. This is also to avoid student to hang around unnecessarily in the office.
Penalty charges.(subject to management final approval)
1) Penalty charges of RM50.00 will be charged for loss of access card.
- h) Penalty charges of RM10.00 per hour will be charged for late return of access card. This is to ensure students follow the time limit and to avoid long waiting list to enter at the counter.
The above procedure is implemented with immediate effect.
