Vacancy: Assistant Registrar (Admin for Faculty)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Location: Al Madinah International University, Kuala Lumpur
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Qualifications in education or business administration is preferred 1 year experience in similar roles is preferred.
- Added advantage for candidate with fluently speak and write in Arabic language.
Main Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- To provide general assistance to students and escalate it to the relevant authorities/ departments
- To manage Faculty’s records and documents
- Liaise with other departments with regard to Faculty’s administration including but not limited to semester registration and examination.
- To be the secretary for all Faculty committees
- To provide administrative support for faculty administrative processes including admission, students discipline, course offering, timetabling, etc.
- To assist in marketing the faculty educational products through various means.
- To keep track of faculty’s performance indicators and report to the faculty’s management team.
- To support faculty’s improvement initiatives and advise in regard to policies and procedures.
- Fluently write and speak in Arabic is highly recommended
