MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired its 35th EMC meeting on Wednesday, 25 September 2013. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO’s from all respective departments as well as executive management level. Various agenda were being addressed and discoursed in the meeting.
The EMC has agreed and approved on the matters as follows:
– To transfer Sister Nur Syahirah Salleh from Corporate Services Department to International Student Unit (ISU).
– To approve on the recommendation to assign Prof. Ir. Dr. Wan Mahmood Wan Ab. Majid Dean, Faculty of Engineering.
– To approve on the recommendation to assign Mr. Aiman Abdullah Mohamed as Deputy Dean, Faculty of Engineering.
– To approve on the subjects and lecturers distribution for the Faculty of Education; semester Sept 2013(On-campus/Online)
– To approve on the subjects and lecturers distribution for the Faculty of Islamic Sciences; semester Sept 2013 (On-campus)
– To approve on the subjects and lecturers distribution for the Faculty of Languages; semester Sept 2013 (On-campus)
– To approve on the subjects and lecturers distribution for the Centre of Languages; semester Sept 2013 (On-campus/Online)
– To approve on the subjects and lecturers distribution for the Faculty of Computer and Information Technology; semester Sept 2013 (On-campus/Online)
– To approve on the subjects and lecturers distribution for the Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences; semester Sept 2013 (On-campus)
– To terminate the 13 faculty members(contract) due to poor performance to the University’s.
