Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) participated in an exhibition in conjunction with The Fifth Islamic Conference of Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Exhibition (5th ICMHESR) from 19-21st October 2010 which was held in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The theme of the conference is “Enculturation of Quality in Academia, Research and Innovation Towards Prosperity of Ummah”, and was officiated by Hon.Tan Sri Dato’Muhyiddin Yassin, Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.
The fifth session, which is being organized by Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in partnership with the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and the Organization of the Islamic Conference, will act as a field for the Higher Education Ministers of OIC, prominent academics and senior officials in the field of higher education to meet, discuss and exchange ideas to further elevate higher education of the OIC member countries.
MEDIU take this opportunity to participate in the exhibition along with others local education institutions, government bodies as well as associated parties involved with higher education to provide higher education related exhibits covering over various aspects of academia, research and development as well as innovation. The exhibition will act as a base for Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) to promote the country, as well as widen the market and the opportunity to promote and display products of educational matters.
