MEDIU’s CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi chaired the 32nd Academic Senate Meeting on Friday, 8 November 2013. The meeting was attended by Deputy CEO from all respective departments and academic deans. Throughout the session, various agenda on academic areas were being addressed and discoursed amongst the senate members.
Among the discussions that have been agreed and approved by the senate members are as follows:
- To approve on the recommendation by Academic Affairs and Student affairs on enrolling and registering new international students which arrives after the mid semester.
- To approve the admission of the applicant for Bachelor of Islamic Sciences(Hons) on Fiqh and Usul Fiqh through the open entry requirements.
