MEDIU’s contribution towards students in sacrifice (Qurban) on Eid Adha

According to the philosophy of the university-based participation in the Islamic holidays and the revival of the ritual slaughter of sacrificial animals, the management of MEDIU, represented by His Excellency the CEO of MEDIU,  Prof. Dr. Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi, Eid al-Adha slaughter of sacrificial animals on the morning of the second day of rejoicing the 11th Zulhijjah 1432, equivalent wih 7th of November 2011.

The program was organized due to Eid Adha for year 1432H, and also invited all the students of MEDIU to be part of the program. The students also received the meat, and taken lunch along with the objective of the program to serve the local community and slide the orphans and the needy through the distribution of meat to orphanages in the city of Shah Alam.

The public people from closed neighborhoods also involved in slaughtering  cutting process and the preparation of meals in the form reflect the extent of the feelings of joy and pleasure in the establishment of such rites. To respect and appreciate to the MEDIU as a special guest due to contribution in that place, the head of community in that area expressed his thanks to the management of the university on these kind gesturfor the contributions and efforts which can uphold and strengthen the spirit of ukhuwwah among Muslims.

The ceremony were attended by public, students and staff of MEDIU including Deputy Executive Director for Student Affairs Dr. Omar Radwan who came to distribute the meat. The others were coming Manager of Administration , Mr. Khalid Idris and also representative from the Office of the CEO and staff of the Administrative Division of MEDIU.
