Virtual learning system

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) offers a virtual learning system to facilitate students without having to attend classes. MEDIU’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Prof. Emeritus Dr. Ismawi Zen said that the educational linkages provided by MEDIU provides student facilities to study without having to be in the university. Thus, students are not only able to communicate with lecturers but can even complete assignments through the virtual university concepts. The university has developed its own Campus Management System (CMS) which facilitates students and lecturers to use the access for direct communication.

Ismawi explained that in the university, students will pursue almost entirely on online learning and this e-learning method is a new concept  in the students learning life. Meanwhile, Ismawi said the almost most of the academic programmes offered are based entirely on Islamic sciences area in line with the purpose of its establishment to uplift Islam as the primary education foundation.
