Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) hosted an honored guest, YB Datuk Seri Noh Omar; Minister, Ministry of Agriculture & Agro-Based Industry Malaysia on Thursday, 14 March 2013. The honored guest was welcomed by MEDIU’s Honorable CEO; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Khalifa Al-Tamimi, Manager of Administrative Affairs Division; Ust. Fuad Ahmad Al’As along with MEDIU Deputy CEO’s; Asst Prof Dr.Hj. Wan Mat Hj Sulaiman, Assoc. Prof Dr Mowafak Abdulla Ahmed Al-Kusairy, Asst. Prof Dr. Fadlan Mohd Othman and in the presence of En.Bahrudin Bin. A Rahman; Manager of Al-Madinah International Foundation. YB Datuk Seri Noh Omar was on a courtesy visit as well as presenting 1Malaysia Book Voucher (BB1M) to Malaysian students at Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU).
Prof. Dr. Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Tamimi expressed his pleasure and thanked YB Datuk Seri Noh Omar for his valuable time visiting the University’s; as the visit is considered as a continuous support from the government of Malaysia to the MEDIU. Honorable CEO assured that the facilities offered by the Government had a significant impact on MEDIU’s excellence and enlighten that the implementation of MEDIU using the comprehensive technology is a role model for others educational institutions as to encourage Muslims to acquire the knowledge in the science and technology area.
YB Datuk Seri Noh Omar conveyed his pleasure to the founder of MEDIU for the establishment of MEDIU Headquarters in Malaysia; as this reflects the stability of the nation on terms of its political, economic and security wise in Malaysia. He also stressed that MEDIU has become a Malaysia’s role model in Islamic countries and a bridge in the transfer of expertise and advanced technology capabilities in Malaysia and emulate the developed world in their technical systems and educational tools.
At the end of the ceremony, MEDIU’s Honorable CEO presented token of appreciation to YB Datuk Seri Noh Omar and expressed his admiration towards the University’s by stated in the guest book “Congratulation to MEDIU for sharing their view and giving me opportunity to visit MEDIU”.
